• The Digitization Stations are bookable in 4-hour blocks.
• Customers can book one concurrent session at a time but can book any number of additional sessions per day after the current session has expired.
• Bookings are subject to the bookings of other customers.

You can unsubscribe from receiving Program Listing or Discover RPL emails or update your selection preferences using the links in the footer of the email. You won't be able to manage your email subscriptions preferences from your library account - this is a separate service.

• A monthly email containing the programs on the topics or locations of your choosing.
• Each program is a link that opens a browser so you can read more about the program or register.

Program listings will be delivered to your inbox every month from the date you signed up. For example, if you signed up on May 4, your program listings will be sent to your on the 4th of the next month.

At Basic Tech Help appointments, we cannot assist with broken devices or other complex technological needs.

Instead, you could:

• Learn at your own pace with helpful topics in LinkedIn Learning.
• Find the topic you’re looking for by searching our catalogue.
• Discover technology programs that might interest you.

Basic Tech help appointments are bookable at most branches on the following dates/times: 

• Central Library: Thursdays: 11:00am to 12:00pm; Fridays, 2:00 to 3:00pm
• Connaught Branch: Thursdays, 3:00 to 4:00pm
• George Bothwell Branch: Mondays, 12:00 to 1:00pm
• Glen Elm Branch: Wednesdays, 3:00 to 4:00pm
• Prince of Wales Branch: Mondays, 11:00 am to 12:00pm
• Regent Place Branch: Thursdays, 2:00 to 3:00pm
• Sherwood Village Branch: Mondays, 2:00 to 3:00pm
• Sunrise Branch: Wednesdays, 10:00 to 11:00am
